My Answers:

1: Murky water, Slime, Heights. <--Heights, not so bad, but I still feel ill at times.
2: Roaches, Clowns, Santa Claus. <--Clowns and Santa because I actually freeze and feel like shrieking every time I have to go past a children's display in the shopping mall.
3: Acrophobia - Fear of Heights
4: Nope, although in some respects I'm extra careful on Friday the 13th days. xD
5: Yes. Creep up on me (Especially when I'm watching a movie with headphones) and I'm liable to screetch and punch you hard in the face.
6: Heights and Roaches...ROACHES SCARE THE HELL OUT OF ME.
7: Both I can't handle well. I have to hold my stomach during suspense, and when I was watching Sweeney Todd this morning I had nausea for a good half of the movie. Two more examples of horrormoviesmakemesick are Repo! The Genetic Opera and Fright Night. <---Yes, I fail.
8: Mildly, but I haven't seen any yet.
9: Roaches, Jellyfish, Spiders, Slugs (Because I live in Australia where many animals are evil and out to kill you)
10: I was walking past a window and this guy who'd escaped from a mental institution was leering at me through a window, and no matter where I went through the house I couldn't get away from him.

Near to one Year / Obsessions and Other Terrible Things

Greetings!

As it was the 8th of this month two days ago, I have decided to write a small post.

The 8th is kind of 'special', as it's the day last year when I accidently clicked the 'Goth' section on Wikihow...As such, several days later I was making cardboard coffins and sloshing on multiple coats of black nail polish.

Of course, it's a little silly to have 'anniversaries' and I don't have the Monthly celebrations any more, but this one is me being a Babybat Goth for a whole year, so I guess I'm pretty happy. :)

 I don't know how much I'll 'celebrate' as I've been sick with ANOTHER COLD that's lasted about a week so far, and the DA DA DA DA DA DA AFRO CIRCUS has been drumming it's way into my head for the last age and a half.

^The reason being, was that I took a dare to listen to the Afro Circus for 10 minutes, I managed, but I was so entranced by the sheer awfulness (Yes, that's me. I have an extremely immature side, just saying :) that I listened to it again alongside Nyan Cat for 45 minutes...After that I think the men in white coats dragged me off...Hahaha...Yes...

I'm sorry for writing so much uninteresting stuff here, but it's currently all that's going through my brain. Also the movie 'Avengers' and Loki in particular have been circling about my beloved Tumblr. I'm not sure how I ended up with 500 posts on them, but I fear an obsession coming on.

Outfit Post - World Goth Day

Greetings!

Happy World Goth day to everybody! :))

I was wondering what I'd do to celebrate, as I was housebound with school today, and as I stated earlier my laptop died so it's difficult to watch a 'Gothtastic movie' per say.

Example: I'm chilling on the computer when my troll dad comes along and hangs over the chair going, "What are you watching/Looking at?" Who's that weird guy? Blah. Haha, normally it's not a problem but it's been getting annoying lately. (Especially with movies) And I'm freaked that with one violent/sex bit the parents will walk in and go WTF or something.

Anyhow.

I simply decided to 'dress up' for WGD, here's the resulting picture spam. (Unfortunately I didn't have time to repaint my nails. I have to stop wearing polish for a few days every couple of weeks or my nails rebel.)

Outfit: Black cheap boots, striped tights, fishnet stocking, black jagged jean skirt, Sisters of Mercy shirt, Sock gloves (Made by me)

I like the wall. xD

Mother's Day

Greetings!

Sorry for the abysmally late post, but it's been a hard week.

My laptop just died, (Faithful companion of a year, RIP) and so I've had to work on an old Desktop. Also I've been fighting bouts of depression recently.

Anyhow. For Mother's Day we went to my Grandmother's (In the old folk's home) and met up with 3 of my aunts. We had a nice tea, two of my aunts even complimented my outfit (Although personally I think they were just being polite. I know shocked/dissaproving glances when I see them.)

Nanna however was very happy that day, and she was pleased that I'd come to see her again (Also the cake I'd made helped with that. :))

Okay. Since my mind is in a darn tangle and I can't think straight, I'll show you the photos.

No, I'm not a hunchback. It's just that dear Nanna has a vice like 'pull people over' grip.

Hardly any makeup/WAY TOO SHORT fringe/toothy smile makes me look like a potato. It's just a shame my bun wasn't visible...It'd lessen the egg head look. :(

That's about as close to an 'outfit post' as there is atm. I'm just too dead in the head to even write much...

One thing I will say is that I have noticed everyone is making vlogs nowadays...I know I make nervous laughs and twitch/Look generally stupid but would you like me to try for another vlog? (Putting that 'Accent Challenge failure far far behind me...)

Also a warning, for those who've seen the aformentioned accent challenge vid, you will see that I have a fairly strong American accent....And I stutter awkwardly at times. 

I really have no idea what I'd say...Perchance I'd talk about Personal/Music Taste/Fashion or such?

16th Birthday Picspam

Greetings!
Yesterday was my 16th birthday, and even though (As I mentioned in my last post) my friend is avoiding me, my family and I had a splendid little party over two days.

Unfortunately for me on both days I had a nasty case of swollen glands in the neck, so I couldn't talk much, had to be enshrouded with a giant scarf, and worst of all, I couldn't taste much and it hurt to eat.

(A sort of birthday present?! *Grrrrrrrr*)

Nevertheless, I still pursued my birthday plans, and on the day it was lovely, cold and rainy. (No sunlight, rain is quite lovely weather for me) , and mom and I went out and got a lovely marble mud cake (My first actual bought cake, before my sister or myself would make cakes)

Here it is :)

(I did however try to make a chocolate cake and it went well until our hell of an oven burnt it.)

Considering I wasn't at all feeling well, most of the day was spent just sitting around watching Doctor Who and Young Dracula <--A new TV series I've become interested in...

In the evening we ate fish and chips/pizza for dinner, then I opened my gifts:

A glass cup with a candle and flowers (My favorite present)

Nutritional chocolatish bars. :)

Shampoo, for my birthday? Lol

Mass pile of presents and paper.

Energy drinks? God knows I don't need that XD

My Medieval folklore book finally arrived in the mail!

After that we lit sparklers and popped party poppers, then watched 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape?' (<--A cute movie, plus young Johnny Depp + Orange hair = WIN) and X-Men. :)

The next day we went to see my Grandma, she was really happy (More happy than I've ever seen her) She kept giving me hugs and kept singing 'Sweet Sixteen' with the emphasis of 'Never Been Kissed' <---I have to admit that's true...

Then I lit a couple of candles on the pieces of cake that we brought, and Nanna and my parents took great happiness on singing happy birthday a couple of times.

After that it was pretty much over, but even though I didn't have any friends over, it was still special for me. :)

Also, on facebook one of my ex-friends sent me a birthday card and we chatted a bit...Honestly, it was nice hearing from her again, she was the friend I really missed most.

Oh, and the lovely Amy (Stripy Tights and Dark Delights) also wished me happy birthday, made me feel really special. :D

That about sums stuff up.

Babybat-esque Post

Greetings!
I've not been posting much lately...and as shy as I am about discussing 'Babybat Blues' I figured people might like to read about it anyway, as outfit posts are practically gone...my camera is dead.

It's my 16th birthday coming up, and a few months till I'll be Goth for a full year (Oh my gawddd :P) and most people don't care about how I dress now.

But I was kind of annoyed the other day, as I had nothing else to wear so I pulled out an ancient blue shirt and mom and dad stared at me for a bit, then mom went raving on about how "You're wearing color, you look so pretty, blah" and as much as I suppose that's a basic comment every Goth gets if they wear color, it still was kind of irritating, and made me think of 'Just a phase' comments, and how my parents may now hope that I'll go sliding back to the silly teen who wore plaid flannel shirts and brown or blue jeans.

I'm aware that they're quite alright with my decisions, but it's difficult hearing such things non the less.

And also what's saddening is that my only friend I have (Yes for some random horrid reason I've had three friends leave me) is now avoiding me because of my 'looks'. <--She wants me to Scene my hair, wear skinny jeans and lighter makeup. 'And to lay off the black' <---UGH

We've known each other for years and for the sake of our friendship I've tried to wear color and untease my hair when I visit her, but her and her whole family keep looking at me like I'm some kind of a freak.

What's also disapointed me is that I don't think she'll come to my birthday party, as I think she's kind of nervous being around our house. As much as I try, my room is dark paradise with all the spiderwebs, Gothy pictures and dark colors. The coffins on the window don't help! <---As much as I would love to throw pink covers all over all the decor that's just not easily possible. :(

I would explain to her, but she's quite determined in her assumptions and as her family are church Christians (Not to mention her mom influences her SO much) they even think Halloween is 'The Devil's Day' or something like that.

Hey, I'm 'Christian' (<--Sort of, no church though.) but I hate being called that because it automatically stereotypes me...So if anyone asks I say 'I'm a missionary.'

Okay, well I'm awfully sorry for this complaining rant, but to be honest (Although I'm not inclined to ask for help) I could use some encouragement from you lovely bloggers...I really consider you guys my friends. :) And I know how all of these complaints are so so common among babybats, but that doesn't make it any easier.

And just for fun: About a week ago I couldn't resist the urge to go back and listen to some Emilie Autumn music, and to my surprise one week later I'm constantly listening to her music, ALL THE TIME, and completely loving it! I particularly like the Opheliac album, although I also like some of the Enchant and Fight like a Girl stuff.

Just thought you'd like to know of my 'conversion' xD as a few months ago I was saying how much I disliked EA's stuff. Not anymore! :D

Anyhow, could use encouragement atm.
