5. Eggs or toads? Eggs.

6. Do you like hot or cold weather better? Cold. Goth sweatatons are NOT fun. Especially in Australia.

7. Share a secret wish. To have a best friend, who wouldn't use me, or drop me as soon as we got into an argument. A friend that actually hung on, even when the going got tough.

8. Which musical instrument do you play or wish you could play? I play piano, although badly. I wish I could play it better, as well as Violin.

9. Why? They're classical, pretty, they have a certain sound to them that I really like.

10. Are you afraid to die? XD No, because I know what's waiting for me. 

11.What is your favorite mythical creature? Vampire, Unicorn, Fae, Mermaid...But Elf is probably going to win. :D

1: I am a die hard fan of anything J.R.R Tolkien wrote, a Whovian, Supernatural fan, and hater of Twilight.

2: I am a hoarder of information, anything I can find on any of my interests I grab and memorize eagerly.

3: I am a failure at anything involving math.

4: I am very fond of vampires, from old medieval myths to Dracula and Lestat.

5: My top favorite band is the Sisters of Mercy. I just can't listen to enough of their music.

6: I have difficulty watching sitcoms. They just don't work well for me.

7: I have a very sick stomach when it comes to any kind of horror or gore. Even all that time watching Supernatural has done nothing to change that. :)

8: I love cats and rabbits, I bred rabbits and even though those days are over, I currently keep 4 of the now grown up babies and am fond of them.

9: I love Tim Burton movies.

10: I'm scared of clowns, Santa, murky water, cockroaches and heights.

What is the one song you find it hard if not impossible to not sing along to?
Hmm. Probably Temple of Love by the Sisters of Mercy. It's such an awesome song. :)

Favorite beverage?
That would be tea, I believe. I go insane if I don't get my morning cup.

What is the one place you wish you could visit before you die?
 Perhaps Ireland...either that or Whitby, England.

Are you a cat or dog person?
Definetly cat. I love our dog, but I like the fact that cats are so much cleaner and they don't slobber all over you.

Which of your hobbies has the most calming affect on you?
Writing or reading...Something about them just makes me feel better.

Your biggest influence? (can be someone famous or just someone you know in rl)
My family, I suppose. All the things that we did when I was young helped bring my interests together. Either that or my ex-friend Sabina. Without her I would still be the extra shy wannabe hipster who had hardly any knowledge of culture.

What is your biggest irrational fear?
That something out my my control will happen, and I won't be able to stop it.

Do you believe in the paranormal?
Yes. Not zombies or vampires, for instance...But ghosts, yes.

What is your favorite accessory?
The Catholic Celtic cross I wore for 7 months straight. It was a gift from my dad and a symbol of my first days as a babybat.

If you could see any band(active or disbanded) live, who would it be?
The Sisters of Mercy (of course :)) But I'd have to time travel back to the 80s or 90s when their performances were at their best.

Do you consider yourself good at art?
Not really. :) I'm the writer, my sister is the artist.

Friday the 13th Things - 13 Places I Want to Go

Greetings!

I have little to nothing good to say for a 'decent' post, so I will fill in a survey instead.

I give all credit to the lovely Hayley Callaway (www.hayleycallaway.blogspot.com) for the creation of this charming application that she's allowed me to use. :)

                                                13 places I'd like to visit in my lifetime

1: Middle Earth. I have to visit Gondor and Rivendell in particular...(sadly impossible)

2: France, Notre Dame. All those gargoyles and pretty cathedrals appeal very much to me.

3: Canada. I have a great uncle there and it's a lovely place compared to dry, deserty and windy Australia.

4: England. It's the birthplace of so much history, who doesn't want to go there?

5: France, Paris. Need to see the Eiffel tower and other things.

6: Italy, Rome: Just for the sake of it.

7: San Diego, California. I want to see where my dad grew up. :)

8: Leizpeg, Germany. For obvious reasons...aka Wave Goffik Treffen?

9: America, somewhere. I just have to go look at Hot Topic. Oh yeah and participate in an American Halloween.

10: Ireland. TO see the origins of Halloween, eg: Festival of Samhain, and study various bits and pieces of history.

11: New Zealand. Seeing the areas where they filmed Narnia and Lord of the Rings.

12: Transylvania. That'd be fun...

13: Egypt. Yeah to finally appease my constant splurges of studying Egyptology by seeing the pyramids. (And learn everything possible, on location. :D)

I'd have mentioned Sydney, but I'll be going there in 2 years for my GED...so yeah.
